Orange Carrots

Ingredients

brown sugar 2 Tbsp ---
margarine 2 Tbsp ---
orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup ---
Mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 cup ---
salt 1/4 tsp ---
medium Vidalia onion, thinly sliced 1 ea ---
Preparation Instructions
1 Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the carrots until tender and drain them.
2 In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the carrots in a baking dish and cover with the sauce.
3 Stir once to coat the carrots. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
