Zucchini [Artic Queen - zone 4]
3/4 c olive oil
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP cooking sherry
3 TBSP Emeril's Essence Cooking Spice Mixture
Cut your zucs in half lengthwise and marinade a mixture of the above items for 1 hour. Place on a hot grill. GOOD STUFF and not the 'usual'.
