Quick Fish Casserole

Ingredients

curry powder 2 tsp ---
onion thinly sliced 1 ---
shredded cabbage 3 cups ---
boneless salmon, skinned and cut into 2-inch chunks --- 3/4 lb
salt 1/2 tsp ---
pepper 1/4 tsp ---
lemon juice 1 tsp ---
Preparation Instructions
1. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Melt margarine in covered casserole. Add curry powder, onion, and cabbage, stir to coat. Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes.
2. Stir. Mound cabbage in center of dish and arrange salmon around cabbage.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes. Stir. Replace cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
