Vegetable Bake

Ingredients

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 1/2 cups ---
flour 2 tbsp ---
low-calorie margarine 1 tbsp ---
fat-free milk 1/4 cup ---
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp ---
hot mashed potatoes (instant or leftover) 1 cup ---
paprika dash ---
Preparation Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix vegetables and flour in a small nonstick casserole dish ( or spray glass dish with nonstick cooking spray).
2. Melt margarine in a small saucepan and add milk and cheese. Pour hot liquid over vegetables. Top with mashed potatoes, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until potatoes slightly brown.
